Brandee joined Harcourts The Garner Group in 2015 after receiving her Oregon real estate broker’s license. Her background in broadcast media marketing and sales provides client service skills that are successfully employed in the real estate profession. Every client has a unique set of needs and desires, and she makes it a priority to listen and work on behalf of her clients accordingly.
Brandee grew up in Phoenix, Ariz., and graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Broadcasting Sales and Management, with emphasis on marketing and advertising. This was followed by a 14-year career in major market radio advertising sales and marketing.
Client service is a common denominator for media sales and real estate. Both are client driven and both involve the delicate art of negotiation, she points out. “My entire focus is on providing the highest level of service to my clients while paying close attention to the details, so they don’t have to. And communicating each step of the process along the way,” she says. Her experience has helped clients grow their businesses through effective marketing plans and now that experience is being brought to help sellers create a marketing plan that will use today’s technology and resources to create demand and drive traffic in a short period of time and help buyers find their dream home and achieve their long-term real estate goals.
Brandee moved to Bend from Scottsdale, Ariz., in 2006, attracted by the outdoor lifestyle and quality of schools, she took an eight-year hiatus and stayed home as a full-time Mom and community volunteer. She was very active in the PTA and served as Treasurer and Vice President of the PTA board. She also volunteered at different school functions and served on event boards at High Lakes Elementary, Cascade Middle School and Summit High School. Community volunteer work is a priority, with her efforts currently focused on The Bloom Project and past volunteer at Bethlehem Inn, Bend Community Center and Smart Reader program.
Brandee and husband Mike Remley have two daughters, one of college age and the other in high school. They enjoy outdoor activities including hiking, road biking, paddle boarding and camping. She describes herself as a devoted Mom and community volunteer who loves all that Bend has to offer.
