When Sandy Garner got her real estate license in 1979 in Redmond, Oregon, providing for her family was top of mind. The Garner Group was officially formed in 2001, becoming its own brokerage in 2008 and part of the Harcourts real estate network in 2014. Considered one of the top agencies in Central Oregon, it is ranked first in North America, eighth internationally within the Harcourts franchise and is now owned by Sandy’s two daughters, Shelley Griffin and Erica Davis, and niece, Sara LaFaver.
