Getting to know Alison Mata

Alison Mata grew up in Central Oregon within the real estate community, and knows as much as anyone about residential real estate in this area. She joined her extended family in the business and has worked hard for nearly two decades to become the kind of realtor that her clients and other agents trust and respect. She is known for her kind, thoughtful professionalism, her honesty, and her willingness to do whatever’s required to ensure success for her clients and everyone involved. She is a constant communicator, as she’s learned it’s the little things that determine whether a transaction smoothly unfolds. She engenders loyalty, as her clients return to her for future transactions and enjoy referring her to their friends and family.

Alison is consistently a top performer among Bend area real estate agents for residential and new construction sales. She has earned many awards within Harcourts The Garner Group for multiple years in a row, including most recently the gold achievement award for sales in the first quarter of 2017. She has distinguished herself with the following advanced credentials: Earth Advantage Institute STAR. Alison manages the many details involved in bringing new home neighborhoods into the team’s portfolio, and has been engaged in the conception and marketing such neighborhoods as The Commons at NW Crossing and River Camp at Mt Bachelor Village.

Alison shares a hobby farm with her family, which includes her husband, two kids, three dogs, a cow, chickens, and ducks. Regular yoga practice allows Alison to bring her best and friendliest self to work each day. She encourages prospective clients to review her 5-star Zillow reviews and then meet her for coffee. This first meeting sets the tone for a warm, professional relationship with Alison that is far more important to her than any single home purchase or sale.
