I’m a language nerd who had to get my mom down to the school to allow me to switch from computers to French for my 7th grade year.

Favorite word?
Lagniappe. It’s a Louisiana French creole expression that means ‘a little something extra’.

What is the one thing you couldn’t do without?
My people. And sunshine.
