It’s been quite a while since we engaged in a real estate transaction, and when you factor in that we were looking to relocate to Bend from out of state, the whole process felt a little daunting. Thankfully we had the good fortune of meeting Jessica during our first day of searching, and although we did not have a complete understanding of what this journey would entail, we knew within 5 minutes that she was the partner that we wanted to travel this path with. We discussed our priorities for a new home and determined not to compromise on the most important aspects, but couldn’t have possibly anticipated that our journey would span 2 years until our move-in took place. We made several unsuccessful offers on a handful of properties, and it would have been reasonable for Jessica’s interest in partnering with us to wane over such a long period. However, that wasn’t our experience at all. Jessica remained committed to assisting us (without any overbearing pressure tactics) and she never attempted to talk us into a lesser property that would have compromised our stated interests. Now that we are living in the city, neighborhood, floorpan, and lot that best meets our needs, we could describe Jessica as merely the realtor that helped us obtain our home.
