Getting to know Kim Gilchrist

Kim is a licensed Broker with Harcourts The Garner Group Real Estate. She is passionate about her community and highly knowledgeable about Central Oregon and the real estate market. She agrees it is the quality of life that draws people to Bend and is exactly the reason she moved here over 23 years ago from South Florida.

Kim met her husband here in Bend and they now have a beautiful daughter and a sweet Labradoodle. When Kim is not hard at work selling real estate, you can find her and her family on the slopes, trails and rivers enjoying the amazing outdoor life that Bend is known for.

Kim is active in the Bend community and has volunteered as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate for children), taught yoga at the Bethlehem Inn homeless shelter, belongs to COTA (Central Oregon Trail Alliance). So, if you are looking for a great place to ride, hike or practice yoga she will be happy to fill you in on her favorites!
