If you have made your way to this blog you can see that we have launched a brand new web site. It is virtually everything a Bend, Oregon real estate agency would want, which means that it is user-friendly, informative and attractive, with some cutting-edge graphics thrown in to engage site visitors.

Our goal is to be the preferred source of Bend and Central Oregon real estate information. To do that we must outperform local agencies and national property search sites. If you stop running they will catch up.

All real estate sites of consequence today are centered around an MLS search feature. The best among us present the viewer with an intuitive system that filters responses quickly and accurately.

We procured the services of an IDX (Internet Data Exchange) vendor that provides fast and efficient listing management. Frequent uploads from the Central Oregon MLS database assure timely access to property information.

The site also must attract and inform out-of-town viewers about the appealing characteristics of Bend and Central Oregon. Our new site does exactly that, with eye-popping photos and community profiles.

We are emphatically proud of the fact that the new web site is sourced and hosted locally. Bend is home to an abundance of technical and graphics talent and we are fortunate to have tapped into this resource. This was a priority
established by our CEO, Sandy Garner.
