BEND, OR — Harcourts North America proudly announces that Briana Linderman, a dedicated real estate professional with Harcourts The Garner Group, has been elected to the Culver City Council. Her passion for community, combined with her real estate expertise and policy experience, positions her as a powerful advocate for thoughtful growth and local engagement.

“Living and working in Culver, I’ve had a front-row seat to the changes our community is experiencing,” said Linderman. “As a real estate professional, I work with families every day who are trying to build a life here—and I started to feel this pull to get more involved in shaping how we grow. When the council seat opened, I knew it was time to step up and be a voice at the table.”

As a newly elected council member, Linderman’s top priorities include responsible growth, housing accessibility, walkability, and transparency in local government. She hopes to see more outdoor community spaces, opportunities for small businesses, and stronger connections between the city and its residents.

Her real estate background gives her a unique lens into the needs of Culver’s people. Linderman has served for nearly two years on the Government Affairs Committee for the Cascades East Association of REALTORS®, participating in REALTOR® Day at the Capitol and advocating for housing legislation at the state level. Notably, she helped secure a Placemaking Grant from the National Association of REALTORS® to support the expansion of the Culver Skate Park—a project that brings youth and families together in a positive way.

“Real estate puts me in direct conversation with the community every single day,” Linderman said. “I hear what’s working, what’s frustrating, and what people really need to thrive here. That insight will absolutely inform my decisions on the council.”

The election has been met with strong support from Linderman’s team at Harcourts The Garner Group. “Sara LaFaver, Erica Davis, and Shelley Griffin—our fearless leaders—have been nothing short of incredible,” she said. “They’ve supported me every step of the way. The Harcourts culture is rooted in community, ethics, and leadership, and I’m so grateful to be part of a team that lives those values.”

Looking ahead, Linderman is eager to work on initiatives that reflect Culver’s spirit, including improved walkability around schools and parks, creative housing solutions for local families, and downtown revitalization.

“It’s incredibly meaningful,” she added. “This is where I live, where I work, where my family is rooted. To represent my neighbors and advocate for our shared future—it’s both humbling and inspiring.”

She also encourages other real estate professionals to explore civic leadership roles. “We already advocate every day—for our clients, for fair housing, for our communities. Civic involvement is just an extension of that. You don’t have to run for office to make a difference—your voice and perspective matter.”

As Linderman begins her term on the Culver City Council, she looks forward to building lasting partnerships, enhancing quality of life, and ensuring that Culver’s growth reflects the values of its people.

“We do better when we do it together,” she said. “And I’m excited to help lead the way.”
